Yes! For your 2015 Infiniti QX50 I recommend Curt trailer hitch # C11510. This is a Class I trailer hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver. If you want to use the hitch for an accessory such as a bike rack or cargo carrier then you have to make sure the accessory is rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch. Also, with a bike rack, you are limited to 2 bikes maximum on a Class I hitch.

A level trailer tows much better so I understand your interest in a hitch that will allow your trailer to remain level when it is hitched to your truck. For your 2005 Ford F-150 we do offer hitch receivers that will provide a hitch tube that sits below your bumper. The Hidden Hitch trailer hitch you referenced is no longer available for your 2009 Lexus RX 350. Instead of the Hidden Hitch, an identical option is the Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Round Tube Receiver Hitch # 75153 because Draw-Tite is Hidden Hitch's sister company. I do see the hitch that you are talking about. None of the aftermarket hitches from the manufacturers that we carry will fit the same way. However, if the main concern is to tow your trailer level, then go with a Class III trailer hitch with a 2 inch receiver and then choose a ball mount with a rise on it to tow the trailer level.
